For the quick apple pie with icing, place the puff pastry on the paper in a rectangular suitable form and pull up the edges. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.

Mix well the sour cream, egg, custard powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, coffee cream and yogurt.

Place the peeled apples, cut into slices, side by side on the pastry. Pour the glaze evenly over them.

Place the quick apple cake with glaze in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour at 180° convection oven 170°.
