For the potato soup with shrimp, first sauté the potatoes, onions and curry in hot clarified butter, stirring.
Pour in the soup and let everything cook covered for about 15 minutes.
Puree soup with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper and curry again, if desired.
Add shrimp, leek and milk and bring to a boil once. Stir in the whipped cream and season again to taste.
Dust the potato soup with shrimp with a little curry to serve.
