Pasta with Brussels Sprouts and Nuts

Peel and finely dice the onion.

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Add the pasta to the boiling water.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion with the Brussels sprouts for about 5 minutes. Add the bacon and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the créme fraiche and vegetable soup and saute for another 5 minutes.

Add the pasta and mix everything together. Season with salt, cayenne bell pepper, bell pepper, paprika, nutmeg and sprinkle with walnuts.
