Instructions:

For the hawthorn flower liqueur, boil water and sugar to make syrup. Cool and then pour over the flowers. Add the vodka and lemon peel.

Close jar and store in a cool, dark place for about 6 weeks, shaking repeatedly. Then strain through a coffee filter and bottle.

Let rest for some time and then enjoy.
