A great pasta dish for any occasion:
1. peel the onions and cut them into fine slices.
2. clean the leek, cut it into thin strips, rinse it, drain it well and put it in a microwave dish with the onion, peas and carrots.
Remove the peel from the garlic clove, chop it finely and grind it to a paste with salt, add it to the vegetables together with the white wine.
Cook at 600 watts for 10-12 minutes. 5.
Add the ham, cut into thin strips, to the vegetables. 6.
Season with cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the herbs of Provence.
7. cut the cooked pasta into small pieces according to size and stir into the vegetables.
Mix the light sauce with the crème fraîche and the Emmental cheese and pour it over the casserole.
Cook the pasta casserole at 250 degrees, 350 watts for 10-15 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta casserole, arrange and bring to the table sprinkled with parsley.
