For the Nutella buns, leave the puff pastry at room temperature before rolling out. Roll out and spread with Nutella, sprinkle with almonds.

Cut lengthwise into strips about 1.5 cm wide (possibly with a pizza roller), roll up individual strips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Press with a spoon possibly in the middle a little flat, if still almonds are left on it sprinkle and in the tube for 20 minutes.

Check that they do not get too dark. 180 °C – top/bottom heat. If you like, you can sprinkle powdered sugar over the Nutella buns.
