Mix egg, sugar and flour in a bowl with a wooden spoon or mixer until well blended.
On a well-greased or baking tray covered with baking paper, spread round circles about 8 cm in diameter with a tablespoon.
Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes until the edges have taken on some color.
Then quickly turn into stanitzels.
When the stanitzels have cooled down, fill them with whipped cream.
