Soak the rolls in a bowl of water until they are completely soaked.
Chop the onion and knead it in a bowl with the minced meat, the soaked bread and the 2 eggs.
Add enough of the spices and season to taste. Add the breadcrumbs as needed and knead until a good mixture is obtained.
Shape into loaves and fry in oil.
Arrange the meatballs on plates and serve with any garnish.
