For the millet loaf 100 g of millet best put in a cup, then in a pot. Add three times the amount of water and cook over low heat, stirring frequently.

While the millet is cooking, chop an onion, squeeze a clove of garlic and mix an egg. When the millet has completely absorbed the water, let it cool down for 5-10 minutes, preferably on the balcony or at an open window.

In the meantime, prepare the baking tray, grease the baking paper and preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Now mix the cooled millet or millet porridge with all the ingredients and the beaten egg well.

Make blobs on the baking paper with a heaping tablespoon. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
