A great cake recipe for any occasion:
1/2 Small onion, finely chopped Nutmeg for seasoning.
Make a pasta dough with the flour, water, 1 egg, oil and salt. Stand the dough under a warm baking dish in about 1/2. Knead the minced meat with the bread crumbs, 1 egg and the finely chopped onion to make the filling. Season with nutmeg to taste. Roll out the pasta dough very thin, brush with the melted butter and spread with the meat mixture. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Cut into slices while hot and place in the hot beef broth mold.
