For the meat croissants, cook the croissants according to package directions and strain. Chop leftover stilton (or leftover roast) into small pieces. Fry the onion in lard until translucent, add the stilton and fry over medium heat until well done.

Add the croissants and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Fry well, season to taste and serve.
