Marzipan Cookie Roll

For the marzipan cookie roll, finely grind the Fredi cookies. Mix with cocoa powder, rum and jam.

Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on a work surface and roll out the cookie mixture into a rectangle. Roll out the marzipan into a rectangle (same size) and place it on top of the cookie mixture.

Form one or better two smaller rolls and store in aluminum foil.
