Preparation (about 20 min, without cooking time):
Cut tomatoes, peppers into cubes, chop onions and mix all together with minced meat. Season well with pepper, curry, salt, Maggi and garlic. Put the mixture into a gratin dish and cover with margarine flakes. Bake at 175 °C for about 90 minutes.
Mash peeled tomatoes, mix in paradeis pulp and season with salt, pepper and curry, pour the sauce over the casserole and bake for another six to eight minutes.
