A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Ingredients for 4-6 people
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare a creamy dough from STaerkemehl, baking powder, beaten egg white and cold water. Dust chicken pieces with cornstarch and then dip into batter. Roast for 1 min until the surface is crispy and the chicken is cooked.
In another frying pan, melt honey and mix with chili sauce. Pour over chicken, garnish with spring onion and serve on the spot.
Serve. Form rice noodles in hot oil, fry just until they rise and turn white, then remove.
