1. preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mash the plums with 6 tablespoons of water. Add to the flour mixture with the honey form and stir everything together until a firm dough is formed. Stir the chocolate drops and walnuts into the dough mixture.
Using a teaspoon, cut small, round heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the cookies a little flatter with the back of a tablespoon dipped in sugar. 3.
Bake the cookies in the heated oven for about 9 minutes.
Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
