Instructions:

For the ham croissants, first knead the butter with the curd cheese and the flour and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

In the meantime, cut the ham and cheese into cubes. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut into elongated triangles (about 10x25x25 cm). Place cheese and ham on the wide part and roll up from there to the tip.

Mix egg yolk with water and brush the ham croissants with it. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
