Instructions:

For the granola bars, melt butter and honey over steam. Dry roast oat flakes, grains and nuts in a pan.

Mix honey mixture, dried fruits, roasted oat flakes and nuts with spelt meal. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, divide into approx. 3 x 10 cm pieces with a pastry card.

Bake at 130 degrees hot air for about 50 min., cut into pieces and let cool on a rack.
