For the Frizzante Strawberry Lollipops, first thinly grate the lemon zest. Finely chop the mint and mix with the granulated sugar. At best, prepare the day before and let steep covered.
Wash the strawberries and remove the green. Then cut into slices and quarters.
Fill an ice cube mold with the strawberries. Soak the gelatine in cold water and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Squeeze out and melt with a few drops of water, mix with the Frizzante and pour over the strawberries. Cut straws in half and insert one straw per ice cube. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
Remove the frizzante strawberry lollipops from the mold, roll in the lemon mint sugar and serve.
