For the egg white pancakes without flour, first mix the egg and the milk.
Then fold in the egg white powder until it is completely dissolved and there are no more lumps in the batter. You can also use a shaker for this.
Then heat a pan and add a small amount of oil to the pan for each pancake. If using a coated pan, the oil can be left out. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter into the pan and wait for a brown crust to form on the bottom.
Then carefully flip and wait again for a short time.
