For Easter lamb and Easter bunny, first preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then stir in the eggs. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and stir in, then add the yogurt. Mix everything briefly.

Pour the batter into a greased, floured baking dish. The mixture yields about 800 ml. This is enough for a small hare and a small lamb. Bake the hares or lambs at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes. For the small molds, 30 minutes is enough for me. For the larger ones, 40 minutes is more likely. Test with chopsticks.

After baking, let the Easter lamb and Easter bunny cool a little in the mold and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
