Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Mix the curd, egg, oil and a pinch of salt. Mix the grated almonds and flour and add to the curd mixture.
Moisten hands with cold water and form 12 nice dumplings from the dough.
Place the dumplings in a perforated cooking dish.
Cook in a steamer at 100 °C for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the butter and toast the breadcrumbs in it. Roll the finished apricot dumplings in it, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
