For the colorful salad with spicy turkey strips, first clean and wash vegetables. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Cut the bell bell pepper and onion into cubes. Slice the radishes. Cut tomatoes into quarters, slice cucumber. Cut feta into 1 cm cubes, shave carrots into sticks and chop herbs.
Cut the turkey cutlets into strips, drizzle with TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and salt. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the turkey strips all around. Then remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
For the dressing, whisk together salt, TABASCO® Green Sauce, sugar and yogurt. Add vinegar and oil and stir in parsley and chopped salmon rolls.
Mix salad ingredients and pour dressing over, then let sit for 5 minutes. Arrange on plates, add the turkey strips and serve the colorful salad with spicy turkey strips.
