Instructions:

For the coconut bakery, knead all ingredients into a dough and then rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then turn the dough through the meat machine, if available, or roll it out and cut into strips. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.

After cooling, fill with jam and dip both sides in chocolate.
