A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Make a yeast/ferment dough from the ingredients listed, stir well until it separates from the vessel or bubbles. Warm it and let it rise.
In the meantime, melt 150-200 g of butter and mix in a deep dish 150 g of powdered sugar, about 2 coffee spoons of cinnamon.
When the dough has risen, dip a (small) tablespoon into the liquid fat and cut off a piece of the dough, roll it in the fat at the beginning, then in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and layer them irregularly in the greased form. The dough pieces should fill the mold 3/4 of the way. Put it in the slightly heated oven and bake at 200 °C for 30 to 40 min.
The cake is served whole and everyone may help themselves.
