For the Chia-Mango Bowl, mix the soy milk with the chia seeds, vanilla powder and agave syrup and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Then stir again vigorously and let stand again for at least 1 hour so that the chia seeds soak up the milk. In the meantime, you can puree half the mango with a blender.
As soon as the chia seed mixture is solid, pour it into an appropriate container (glass, bowl) and add the mango mixture on top.
Then add the granola and all the other ingredients (almond, goji, coconut chips, cashew, flaxseed) and enjoy.
