Stir QimiQ until smooth and whip with whipped cream. Set aside one third of the mixture for spreading and garnishing. Drizzle the cake base with cherry rum, top with sour cherries and spread with one third of the whipped cream-QimiQ mixture. Place the second cake layer on top and repeat the process. Finally, place the third cake layer on top. Spread with remaining whipped topping-QimiQ mixture and decorate (e.g. pipe rosettes). Garnish with sour cherries and chocolate flakes.
