For the Balkan sauce, finely chop boiled egg, chop tomato, bell bell pepper, pepperoni and onion.
Mix sour cream, a little oil, egg, a little mustard, 1 pinch of sugar with salt and pepper until creamy.
Mix cream sauce with tomato, bell pepper, pepperoni, onion and ketchup and season with paprika powder.
