Instructions:

For the apricot balls, cut the dried apricots very small and mix with powdered sugar, rum, marzipan and the apricot jam.

Then chill in the refrigerator for about 45 – 60 minutes (then much easier to shape). Take the mass out of the refrigerator, form balls, roll in coconut flakes and then place in baking cups.
