Instructions:

grated zest of 1/2 orange

Sort out raspberries, rinse and drain. Remove peel from apples, remove core, grate apples coarsely. Stir orange zest and preserving sugar into fruit mixture, bring to a boil and continue to boil for 4 min while stirring continuously until bubbling. Fold in raspberry brandy. Fill the jam boiling hot into jars and close them on the spot. Recipe makes 4 jars.
