A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Clean cauliflower, divide into roses. Place on a steamer insert in a saucepan, pour 1 cm of water, season with salt, cook for about 20 min with the lid closed.
Peel and dice the onions. Cut olives into slices.
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Fry onions in oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes, mash. Season with cayenne pepper, marjoram, pepper, sugar, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Fold in olive rings and chopped parsley. Season to taste.
Drain pasta and bring the whole thing together to the table.
