Dough:
Steep the semolina in lukewarm water for half an hour. Next, mix with three tablespoons of flour, three tablespoons of breadcrumbs and two eggs and knead the amount into a dough. Next, form the dough into several small, oval-shaped pieces. Open the dough with your finger, mold two tablespoons of filling into it and close the dough one more time. Then bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add a little salt and the juice of a lemon to the water and put the dumplings in the boiling water. While making the semolina, heat the butter with oregano in a frying pan. After about seven minutes, take the semolina dumplings out of the water. Add a tablespoon of butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
You can serve the kutilkes with yogurt and garlic.
Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
