For the Punschkrapferl punch, first boil milk with cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder, then remove from heat and let cool a little.
Heat the punch glaze in a water bath according to package instructions.
Whip half of the whipped cream until stiff.
Mix the liqueur, rum and the remaining whipped cream and stir into the milk.
Cover the bottom of each mug with sponge cake.
Pour the punch into mugs, top with whipped cream and decorate with the punch glaze.
Put a biscuit as a garnish in the Punschkrapferl punch. If you like, you can also sprinkle the punch with sugar pearls.
