For the Bloody Mary soup, bring water to a boil in a saucepan and immerse tomatoes briefly. Peel off skins and dice tomatoes.

Prepare beef broth, add diced tomatoes. Wash and dice bell bell pepper, peel and dice cucumber as well. Add both to the soup.

Drizzle in vodka, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, vinegar, oil to taste. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes more.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the soup. Puree everything and stir in whipped cream. Serve the Bloody Mary soup garnished with basil leaves.
