Rinse lentils with lukewarm water and boil with water. Add thyme and bay leaf spices, simmer for thirty minutes with the lid on, cover the pan and allow to swell.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Drain the lentils while they are still warm and add to the sauce. Cut the cheese into cubes and add to the sauce.
