Instructions:

For the curd golaches, first mix the flour well with baking powder and sift onto the board. Crumble the butter, add sugar, egg and milk and knead a dough. Roll out and cut into squares.

For the filling, rub butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. Then stir in the curd, beaten egg whites and raisins.

Pour the filling onto the prepared squares and fold in the corners. Bake in the oven until the curd cheese golaches are golden brown.
