For the chia pudding, soak the chia seeds in 250ml water for about 5-10 minutes. Dissolve the pudding powder and sugar in 100ml of milk.

Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, stir in the pudding powder mixture and wait until the pudding slightly sets.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the swollen chia seeds. Pour chia pudding into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
