Instructions:

Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Break bread into pieces and soak in the cow’s milk until it has absorbed it completely. Add vanilla extract, eggs, sugar and en. Mix well. Pour melted butter in a gratin dish of 2 liters, add bot mixture and bake for about 1 hour. If you prick in the middle with a fork, nothing should stick.

For the whiskey sauce cream butter and sugar and make hot in a bain-marie until everything is dissolved together. Quickly add the egg to it , it should not curdle. Cool the sauce and add the whisky.

Cut bread pudding into cubes and place on 6 plates. Carefully heat the sauce and pour over the pudding pieces.
