A bean recipe for every taste:
Preparation time: 15 min. Cooking time 15 min.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add onions and cumin and roast over medium heat for 2 min until golden brown.
Add cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat for 2 min, followed by bell bell pepper, celery and squash and stir-fry over high heat.
Add coconut milk, vegetable stock and chili sauce to the frying pan and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer for 8 min so that vegetables still have bite.
Clean the beans and cut them in half. Now add bean halves and cilantro to the frying pan and cook for another 2 min. Remove the frying pan from the stove and serve with steamed long grain rice.
