Instructions:

For the feta and tomato omelet, preheat the oven to 200°C. Coat a small ovenproof dish with a little olive oil.

Chop the tomatoes and feta and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the mixture into the mold, sprinkle with flax seeds and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the whole mixture is baked and golden brown.

Serve the feta and tomato omelet.
