Grind the shallots, nuts and garlic together with the water in a hand blender until there is a smooth amount. Fill this mass in a stew pan and pour in the coconut milk and spices and chicken.
Cook everything together for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
Finally season and bring to the table hot.
Drink with it: First-Flush Darjeeling tea, or Chardonnay.
