Pick dandelion flowers in a meadow away from traffic, shake out well so as not to boil insects.
Boil flowers with the water and leave overnight.
The next day, strain the water-flower mixture through a cloth into a new pot and mix with the remaining ingredients, simmering on the lowest setting for about 4 hours.
Fish out the initially sliced lemon and the clove and cinnamon bark.
Skim off any foam that may appear.
Then pour the honey into small jars.
