For the Spaghetti Bolognese, finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
Sauté in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry it as well. Stir in the tomato paste and the strained tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and basil and spread over the cooked spaghetti.
Serve the spaghetti Bolognese.
