Instructions:

For the Baileys Chai, bring 1.75 l of water to a boil. In a pot, pour the boiling water over the 8 bags of chai tea and steep according to package directions. Whip the cream until stiff.

Then remove the bags from the tea and stir in the Baileys. Then divide the mixture among 8 glasses.

Divide the whipped cream among the glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and drizzle with a few drops of honey.
