For the autumnal sheet cake with plums, first grease and flour a baking tray (30 x 33 cm). Mix sugar, curd, eggs, sage leaves, salt, lemon zest, milk and olive oil together well. Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and smooth it out.

Remove seeds from plums, cut into wedges and place on top of dough. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake the autumnal sheet cake with plums at 200 °C for forty to forty-five minutes in the middle of the heated oven….
