For the homemade fish seasoning, wash and dry the herbs. Peel and press the garlic clove. Chop the remaining herbs.

Mix everything together and add a few drops of lemon juice. Wash the fish fillets (cod, tilapia or pangasius), then pat dry.

Cover the fish fillets with the herbs on both sides and fry them in butter on both sides.
