Melanzane Feta Cheese Spread

Instructions:

Cut the melanzane in half, brush the cut halves with olive oil and bake in the oven at gas 4 / 180 °C for 20 minutes.

Peel the garlic and dice very finely or press through a garlic press.

Remove the skin from the melanzane while it is still warm.

Purée the melanzane, the feta cheese, the garlic clove with the olive oil and the spices in a hand mixer and fill into screw jars.

The spread will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
