Rinse, peel and dice the potatoes. Peel kohlrabi and carrots and cut into slices. Clean, rinse and coarsely chop spinach. bring clear soup to boil and first add potatoes and make 20 min. After 10 min add kohlrabi and carrots and after another 5 min add spinach. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onion. Knead egg yolks, mince, onion together and season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Form small dumplings. Heat the fat and fry the dumplings. Add to the stew form. Season heartily with pepper, soy sauce, salt and nutmeg (freshly grated).
