Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drain the tomatoes in a colander. Slice the garlic. Cut the leek into fine wheels. Clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut the stems fresh. Cut them into quarters or slices, depending on their size. Steam everything in olive oil and season with spice mixture, salt and pepper.

Spread first the tomatoes, then the leeks evenly on the pizza bases. Add olives and capers on top, sprinkle with mozzarella and grind with pepper. Place in the middle of the 220 °C hot oven and bake for eight to eleven min.
