Instructions:

For vanilla chocolate mousse cake, preheat oven to 160 degrees convection. Beat eggs, sugar and salt until very foamy, stir in oil.

Mix flour, cornstarch and cocoa and fold into the mixture. Butter a cake pan (28 cm), pour in batter, bake for about 14 minutes and let cool.

For the chocolate mousse, melt milk chocolate coating over a water bath. Whip 500 ml whipping cream until stiff. Mix the QimiQ well, stir in the sugar and melted chocolate coating, fold in the whipped cream, pour onto the cake base and refrigerate for approx. 40 minutes.

For the vanilla mousse, whip 300 ml of the whipped cream until stiff. Whisk the QimiQ Vanilla well, stir in the advocaat and vanilla sugar and fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mixture onto the chocolate mousse and chill overnight. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired or to taste.
