For the zucchini vegetables, wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and slice. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Heat the fat in a saucepan, fry the onion cubes until light blond, add the zucchini and fry briefly.
Add a little water, season with salt, pepper and wild garlic, cook until soft. Serve with any sausages or roasted meat.
